Windows Howto

The 'lock' icon that appears in your tray is your one and only tool to control the client. Right click on this icon to access all of the client features.
Problems
Failure to connect

If your client is unable to connect from the start, you may be using a proxy server to connect. Try the 'Automatically detect proxy settings' option and try to connect again.
A manual proxy configuration guide can be found HERE.
WARNING: As of version 2.4.2, these settings are actually BROKEN. The settings dialog will likely freeze if you attempt to use them. We expect to have them fixed in the next version (soon).
Out of Credit

Well, if you're getting this error, it means that you haven't paid yet, or that your payment hasn't gone through. In either case, you need to have credit before you use the service. If you have already provided a payment and are seeing this message, your payment may not have arrived yet. eChecks in particular take a VERY long time to clear. Patience is a virtue. Have some. Ignore the fact that it says 'Trial Over'. We don't do trials. Blame our programmer for that contextual error.
If all else fails...

Don't use fire! Come bother us at the helpdesk.
Somebody will likely know the solution to your issue. We might ask you for a copy of
your log. This is the best way to identify a problem. Copy it by first selecting 'Show Details'
from the client menu.

You'll be presented with a big dialog full of status messages. You have the choice of either saving this somewhere (as a text file) or copying it directly into the ticket (preferred method).
